was
formed in March of 2003 and is a family
run business specializing in producing gourmet and specialty salsas and
drink mixes. We are a member of the Vermont Specialty Food
Association and the Vermont Grocers’ Association. All of our
products are
produced to the highest standard which has earned us the right to
proudly display the Vermont Seal of Quality on each of our products.
We
currently sell three brands of salsa which are Michaela’s
Gourmet Salsa, Mariah’s Specialty Salsa and Howling coyote Salsa.
Two of our salsa brands are named after our daughters
Michaela
and Mariah.
Our goal is
to bring you great tasting original flavors that
are as versatile as they are delicious. Our unique flavored
salsas are not
only great on chips, but they also make spectacular marinades and
cooking
and grilling sauces. All of our products are hand crafted in
small batches to keep our flavors lively and consistent.
Our gourmet and
specialty
salsas start with the finest, freshest ingredients available and are
added to our secret blend of spices to give you the best salsa
available. We never add sugar to our products
so they are always fat free and loaded with flavor!

World was one of four companies chosen Nationally to participate in
AOL’s and Entrepreneur Magazine’s On-Line Reality Series “The
Startup” Season One. This reality series let you follow the
progress of our business each month as well as three other businesses
that were
featured for one year. They later did a follow up visit and
